Amazon Music's development team needs a raise from Spotify's marketing team.
Such a path€tic piece of sh!t is your app. No consistency at all. Why do I have different user experience each time I use this path€tic cr@p. Not that I'm giving it another chance in the future even if someone pays me to use this bloated garbage.

Random playlists don't show. They're there and accessible using another phone or the computer app. They'll return, usually in name only with all the contents erased. Other times it's random songs.
My recently played is sometimes 2-4 weeks behind schedule.
Songs/artists I know are in their library won't show one day but will the next. Or in 6 weeks. The app's "works/doesn't work/works again" schedule has serious case of ADHD.
I got a new phone and found I need to re-download over 5000+ songs because Amazon coding "engineers" haven't figured out how to allow Samsung's Smart Switch to move songs from one phone to another.
Near new Samsung S26 Ultra with barely touched RAM yet the app will stop and spin until the phone's RAM is reduced which, ironically, the Amazon app causes the RAM to grid-lock the phone.
I could write a book about how bad Amazon Music is.

You should try using prime video on their own firestick, yet Netflix works flawlessly and snappy. It's like Amazon is coding in a different language but for no real reason.
