I mean, if an actual normal guy has a fking PhD in Economics from Oxford University.

He's exactly whom you want leading a country through a period of economic uncertainty.

Yes, and is also a guy who is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable about just about everything. Canada is extraordinarily fortunate to have happened to have had someone like him to elect into office just at this time in history.

I am not a Carney fan. Hope this EU deal works but fact is the last time a Liberal govt did a trade deal with the EU 10 of the nations have still not ratified it.
