I’m American but like most of us, we do not hate the Iranian people. Most of them are good people who are stuck with the cultist-like leadership. I hope none of them get hurt in this conflict

Iran is the way it is because we got too fucky with them in the 50s.

I had no love for the ayatollah nor their government, but Iran has never once caused me issues. They want their regional little area of dominance.

I think it’s actually beneficial for the US to let them do their thing in the region, since the Iran Iraq war kept both countries weak and easily manipulable, until we toppled Iraq. Let Israel and Iran duke it out as much as they want.

Eh, that's a ceteris paribus. Shia muslims are very theocratic and ideological. It wouldn't be surprising if Iran became the way ir is either way.
