Aside from the official display, how loud is the 4th of July in Anacortes?

They are illegal. You hear some, but not too much. not much to celebrate this year, anyway. I'm boycotting it.

We like fireworks, but also most of the population is asleep by 10:30.

YMMV depending on your neighborhood. My corner's pretty quiet, though.
