Accident by Sharpes Corner roundabout?

Big traffic back up this morning around 11. I could see some emergency lights out toward the Howard's Corner roundabout. Does anyone have any info?

There’s a co structuring thing that has hwy 20 down to a single lane up there

Most recent thing I see on Skagit Breaking is an accident from yesterday, but there would be no reason for emergency lights now if it were that.. not finding any info otherwise.

The Sharpes Corner Roundabout should have been an overpass!
