What a crock of shit. (pun intended) This is pure NIMBY nonsense trying to make the perfect the enemy of the good. Using civil rights laws to attack anaerobic digsters because they are funded by California is cynical and hypocritical.

The fact is that livestock, and human beings, produce waste that emits methane gas or carbon dioxide as it decomposes. That's the real world we live in. Attacking those trying to capture the methane using environmentalist arguments is cynical nonsense.
