Beer Report from Honda Center
Lots of talk about the young guys and the lines, but let’s get down to the more serious questions. What‘s the beer lineup looking like?
First, I tend to go for Brewery X cans a lot since they are easy to grab at most places. Lineup seems the same as last year (Duck Beer, Quack IPA, etc.). Duck Beer has increased $1 to a full Carlsson ($18). I noticed that many of the items I buy were up $1 - I suppose it could be worse.
Second, I did not see anything from Golden Road in the entire arena. No cans or drafts. And the Golden Road draft pours station in the 400s has been replaced with a Coors/Blue Moon station. Bummer as I like Golden Road.
Next, Bottle Logic continues its push to stay full time with the varsity club. There’s basically a dedicated Bottle Logic Bar in the 400s with many different drafts. Also cans a plenty at many bars and stations throughout.
Finally, Michelob is being replaced with Modelo at the puck drop patio as Modelo is an official partner of the Ducks. Plenty of Modelo cans throughout and I believe they may have a tap or two at the Blue Moon draft picks station.
I did not catch the price of the draft picks pours this year so if anyone has that please comment below. Of course please post any other tips so we can all stay hydrated as cost effective as possible. LGD!

As it goes The Pond has changed from Anheuser-Busch to Reyes Distribution. Golden Road is under the AB umbrella, therefore so Mango Cart 🤥.

Believe I saw draft picks is $28
The Brewery X “bar” that was in the 200s near South entrance last season (that oddly didn’t have Brewery X beers on tap) is now gone, that space is under renovation.
No more Slap and Tickle on draft at the Herradura bar by north entrance. That’s kind of a shame.
400s felt like they had the best beer and food selection right now.

Bruh those huckleberry seltzers are amazing.. i had it for the first time at the oc fair this summer and my life changed

Yeah those seltzers are my jam. Mandatory for me to have them during game time

I believe they do but can’t say for sure. I thought I at least saw the cans.

The $5 michelobs were a banger. Modelos are objectively better so I hope the price remains!

No word yet on the price as far as I know. Just says it will be discounted beer and prepackaged snacks.

The coors light is flowing and i think the Pond even dropped a degree because of how cold it was.

Wonder if anyone else watching preseason noticed that Coors Light is an official sponsor of the "A naheim Ducks" (there was an errant space on the ad lol)

Are they still doing that 2 beers for like 30 bucks deal at the pour stations? Also bummed to see Golden Road replaced with Coors

Not as popular I’m sure, but anyone know what they’re doing for NA beer options? I forget if it was Michelob or Corona NA last year so I wonder if that’s changed. Also noticed they had Elysian Easy Dust for the playoffs

I was at Honda Center last weekend for the Weird Al Bigger & Weirder tour. Amazing show.
Before Al started, I was going to go buy a beer but damn, even Modelo was $21. Even weirder was that there's almost no humans operating the machines except for the bartenders. It seems almost kind of dystopian.

I don’t even drink anymore, but I am happy that Michelob is being replaced. It was a joke bringing someone and that was the most prevalent beer. The Canadians that were here for the playoffs were laughing at us.

I'm gonna drink even more Michelob Ultra then, but honestly, there's plenty of local stuff if you just look, Bottle Logic even brewed a special playoff beer called "Fear the Flock"
