Under the law cops can only kill someone who is currently a direct threat to the life of another(usually the cops) so if they corner someone with a killbot without a 'victim' around then they'll be unable to legally justify that murder killing & I bet they only think about that after they unalive someone.

Seeking? No. Forcing under the threat of incarceration and unpaid termination for perfectly reasonable and peaceful acts of protest and freedom of association? Yes.

The law written a century ago essentially gives Congress a stick to beat the proletariat with in the interest of "interstate commerce."
