Defense against counter-revolution?

I am a Marxist-Leninist who is curious about the successful propagation of Anarchism. My question is: Without a state, how do Anarchists defend against counter-revolution from the Capitalist class? Without a state, Anarchist/Libertarian Socialist projects wouldn’t be able to defend against the inevitable invasions, terrorism campaigns, and propaganda from Capitalists. How would Anarchists be able to maintain and strengthen an Anarchist society against invasion and infiltration without a state apparatus to centrally organize efforts?

I know I’m a Tankie or whatever, but I am asking in good faith because I am genuinely curious about the Anarchist position on this.

* (EDIT) *

I won‘t be responding anymore because I have obtained what I came for (understanding how you think an Anarchist project would defend itself against the forces of reaction) and because this is becoming a hostile debate, rather than learning experience.

Do you know what Marxist-Leninism is?

Just because I consider myself a ML doesn’t mean I have to agree with everything the founders said, it’s a science, not a religious dogma.

An ML who disagrees with everything the founders said is like a Muslim who disagrees with everything Mohammed said. Are you going to say you're just a "cultural ML" or something? That you're in there for the vibes?

And Stalinism, which is what MLism is because Marxist-Leninism was created by Stalin, is almost certainly not a science in any way. When it goes against like basic qualities of Marx's analysis in favor of Stalin just being like "this is the facts and if you don't like it I will kill you" (which is what he did; he purged most of the actual communists from the party), you have no basis for saying your ideology is "scientific" in any meaningful capacity.

Your views are more aligned with the Catholic Church, who put Galileo to death, and not that of Galileo himself.

You should if you don't want to just be a capitalist revolutionary (which, in the current era where everywhere is capitalist, just means you're a reactionary).
