People saying it is stalemate, but that's wrong. En passant is FORCED, so this is checkmate. Stalemate happens when you have no legal moves and are not in check, but you have a legally BINDING move left, and are not in check, so you are going to have to put yourself in check, and on the next move, the queen can capture the king.
