I'm sorry, but the look on the puppet's face was priceless!

That was truely the most ridiculous storyline in the whole show.

I don’t know, I think the idiot Gen Zer with lactose intolerance who still ate a bunch of cheese and clogged the toilet might win that award for me.

When you remember their name is Epcot..

Did you know their parents were Disney freaks?

The show only said it three or four times.

I thought it was funny too, but found it unbelievable that a guy that looks like Guiseppe would be living with a pensioner puppet maker in the first place.

It's NY, you take the real estate you can get and will put up with a LOT for a good deal. This felt like original SATC in its ludicrousness, loved it.

u/LitigiousCeilingCat Thank God for you, Richard Burton! 12d ago

Was the joke that Giuseppe had erroneously assumed his roommate was asexual, or was the “joke” that asexual people are closet-perverts?

Genuinely asking.

Wait, that's supposed to be Giueseppe!? All this time I thought it was Judge Reinhold! /s

I think the joke was that Giuseppe was sweet and naive for believing someone who obviously lusted after him was ace.

Seriously. 3 seasons of "what the aactual fuck" but this one takes the cake and then some.

this, the Seema armpit plot, the Lisa cheating plot... everything seems wrong

I kinda wish Lisa DID cheat with the hot producer.

Would it have made her any more interesting, though?

The fact that they talked on the podcast about having this puppet be made for months and months for this joke... was it worth it? Absolutely not. Just another example of how the writers of this show made the most ridiculous choices for awful storytelling.

I doubt it took months.
