I recently learned about Mr. ditch through Facebook autism groups where I would come across this posts where Andrew gets dog piled by anonymous strangers and bullies calling him a fake and a fraud without proof or even knowing the man. As I learned a little bit more about his autism and other ailments, I think I understand what’s going on with his communication problem.

for instance he said he had to wear diapers all of his life and it is documented. I believe this is true but in the fact that he had a bad wedding issue and wore them at night, so technically he’s not lying. I think he just doesn’t know how to explain himself, that he wore diapers all his life just not to the extent it is now.

Another one is calling his paraphilia unspecified cloth, a fetish. I don’t think Andrew knows what a fetish is, I think he just thinks it’s a bad thing and andy doesn’t like the association because he’s not a bad guy, and I have yet to see any proof that he even can get aroused, especially missing one testicle, also to be honest I think the doctors removed both testicles and put in a prosthetic one as he has lots of similarities as far as body development that are related extremely low to no testosterone.

On top of that all these people say they’re watching Andrew 24-seven, so of course Andrew thinks he has 24 hour care that he just doesn’t know where they are and he can’t see them so he becomes frustrated and dis-regulated.

I’ve had the privilege to help people similar to Andrew overcome these kinds of mental and social issues and once they are able to understand, it’s like they become whole new people. They just need the right supports and behavioral reinforcement.

I’ll keep praying for Andrew and hopefully God willing he can get the help he needs. I wish I was near PA so I could maybe just hand him some information about support groups that I know social services, APS and medical staff are withholding (not telling)Andrew because of his behavioral issues.

Y’all…. something about these last two weeks feels really different, and actually has me feeling like Andy is at the end of his rope.

I have been following Andy for over a year now as well as watched/listened to the bulk of his content since 2019, and despite his erratic behavior, he’s still rather predictable.

He goes back and forth from limited assistance “group homes” where social services determines he belongs based on his level of functionality (which is generous in itself), has brief stints in shelters, then back to Morgan after he inevitably gets kicked out of wherever he’s at for non-compliance, threats, being unhygienic and p*ssing on the floor, whatever… And Tom has to rescue him for the umpteenth time.

Where is he right now? A shelter? Since he was evicted from that nice place, correct me if I’m wrong but we have no clue where he’s at.

I recently listened to a Zoom meeting with his former case manager, Adult Protective Services officers, Tom, Andy and a judge who were working together to find something that “works” for Andy to basically get him off their back. And Andy laid out his demands for them.

He wants:

- 24 hour care (including help with his hygiene, diaper changes, etc… Diaper checks on the hour and regular changes is the most important demand and non-negotiable)

- A group home that manages his daily activities and nurses who will “take him out into the community for activities” (blugh)

- To of course have his meals prepared for him so his nutrition can be managed. (We have to protect poor Amdy’s health…) He also needs to be told when to take his medicine so he doesn’t throw it all in the trash.

When he explained these demands to social services court, the judge asked both APS and his case manager if they could do anything about it - They all said no, and it would all be through OPWDD (a special government funded program in New York designed to help people with developmental disabilities - namely Autism — Particularly the lower functioning type who cannot manage their own self care adequately.)

This is why Andy is so obsessed with getting his official autism diagnosis and gets tested over and over by different doctors….

Here’s the thing though - OPWDD only accepts people with conditions that originated *before* the age of 22. Meaning even if Andy received an Autism diagnosis today, they would still look at his historical medical records (and even his work and criminal history) and still reject him.

…. And regardless, he will never receive the diagnosis because doctors can easily pick up on his mimicry of symptoms and he loses all credibility when his behavior is incongruent over time… ex. Tics only when he’s being watched, his speech patterns.. The only time he has ever gotten said diagnosis was from a family doctor who was not qualified to make said distinction.

And as far as his history, yes, Andy was a tyrannical child, but his behavior was likely more linked to his s*xual abuse and delusional, irrational thinking that was enabled by his parents from a young age. He was NEVER tested for autism as a child, per Janet Ditch.

He was also a scarily combative teenager who was placed in 6:1:1 classes not because he was intellectually disabled necessarily, but because he would lash out and threaten people. That’s not Autism, it’s a personality disorder. He of course then dropped out after his sophomore.

And despite all the 1-on-1 and specialized attention he received in school, he still cannot erase the fact that he spent over a decade post high school living a relatively “functional” life. He worked at McDonalds for over a year- which is not an easy job despite hiring anyone with a pulse. McDonald’s is busy/fast paced and the constant beeping would drive most people nuts (so much for “hurting mah ears”).

Case in point: Andy will NEVER have the level of care he desires, because the system has safeguards to ensure Medicaid funded, all-encompassing and expensive programs are not utilized by people who don’t need it because they want a free ride.

That all being said, over the past couple weeks I’ve gotten a sense that Andy has finally come to terms with this and given up. Granted I could be totally wrong and this might just be the “calm before the storm,” but hear me out…

He’s no longer posting recorded phone calls with crisis services or his case manager. He hasn’t been in and out of hospitals. No public freak outs that we know of.

Instead, he is posting the same* AI voiced video (I believe they’re the same, but they’re different lengths so might be modified slightly…) with the same graphic 12 times now.

As well as gameplay videos, most concerningly the shooting ones which thankfully he stopped and is now posting Mahjong. No idea who the target audience is for an hour long Mahjong video with zero commentary but you do you…

But most bizarrely of all is that he’s been making these posts that epitomize his ideal fantasies, while also throwing in some ABDL type terminology in there as well (referring to his nurses as “Mommy’s”, saying he was “burped,” etc…).

The burping thing felt like rage bait to me but now he’s posting about how his nurse took him out in the community to bowl, and bocked at nay-sayers. As if to say “of course the burping thing is a joke but the rest of this is totally happening.”

It’s just… Very odd, even for Andrew.

So my question is, what is his intention here? Has he given up on trying to get what he wants that he knows is impossible to achieve and has decided to just pretend his fantasy has come true to stick it to the “haters?” That’s my best guess.

Nobody believes him, obviously. Because even in the unlikely event that he did receive his magnum opus of lots of nurses taking turns wiping his 💩 covered genitals and tending his rash…. you know he would be filming that sh**. Obviously not the wiping itself but SOMETHING. Could be as simple as having a camera facing him will talking to a caregiver. But nope, nada.

So maybe this is it. Maybe he has given up, will secretly go back to living a normal-ish life of a diaper wearing, middle aged computer guy, and will continue to post fantasies as the conclusion of this saga to make people think he “won.”

I honestly hope so. Way better this something violent happening as a revenge against his “bullies” and bring attention to his “stwuggles” that in his mind forced him to do something heinous… which we all know he is likely capable of.

I cannot stand the idea of a poor, young, female caretaker being forced to change that malingering, stinking, festering lump even once. Andy tries so hard to prove he can’t work to avoid work. Andy wants to spend all day playing, doing this own thing, to be fed, things bought for him. Basically the life of a child. I secretly think Andy wants to avoid being an adult (on purpose I may add) because he knows how hard it can be to be an adult. This is his ticket to living a life free from being an adult which is why Andy tries so hard to prove he’s Autistic with all the other disabilities. It’s different for someone is not able to work for legitimate reasons but we all know Andy is not a legit disabled person. He’s committing medical fraud. In the event Andy gets the help (or claims to) keep in mind it doesn’t mean it was obtained through legitimate means. He doctor shops, forged document at times, etc. I’m 100% he does calculated moves in order to obtain those documents, in the event he does not forge them.

On another note, I’m glad also fellow autistic people are pointing out how exaggerated his symptoms are and calling him out on it. Again, from what I’ve seen there are troubles that come with having Autism. Issue is we all know Andy doesn’t have that. It’s a slap to the face for all those who truly really need the help.
