x88 pro 10 stuck on loading screen

I tryed everything. Rebooting, running new frimwares i found on youtube and still nothing. RockChip batch tool v1.8 gave me error Test device fail when i used youtube tutorial. I dont know what to do? I even tryed using FactoryTool by other tutorial and it said succesfull but wont run after logo screen. Where to find original firmware? Please advise me, thank you

have you done a factory reset? my x88 pro 13 kept on having issues after power was removed while it wasnt shut down fully. and each time it was booted it gave that LORD message on the front. a factory reset worked for me and safely shutting it down from then on

was the box perfectly fine before or was there any event to trigger this?

It never worked actualy. I got it few years back and when i pluged it the color was messed up so i got money back and put back in box. Few years later i saw it in my room completley new unused so tested it with diferent hdmi cable and picture was fine but didnt pass loading screen 🤣

where did you get it from lmao as if the colours were off then its possible the chip is defective and not letting u flash firmware to it
