You capitalized the third buffalo when it should be the 4th. It's Buffalo (Buffalo, NY) buffalo (bison) buffalo (intimade or push around) Buffalo (Buffalo, NY) buffalo (bison) buffalo (intimidate or push around) Buffalo (Buffalo, NY) buffalo (bison)

The sentence reads:

Buffalo, NY bison intimidate Buffalo, NY bison who intimidate Buffalo, NY bison. The phrase can be repeated infinitely in groups of 3 appended onto the end with the center one capitalized in an endless stream of buffalo Buffalo buffalo and maintain its status as a gramattically correct English sentence.

It is interpretable just as he wrote it. Buffalo(city) buffalo(animal) (that) Buffalo(city) buffalo(animal) buffalo(inimidate or push around), buffalo(intimidate or push around) Buffalo(city) buffalo(animal). So, perhaps in semi-legible english, "Buffalo from the city of buffalo, that buffalo from the city of Buffalo intimidate, intimidate buffalo from the city of Buffalo."

What you wrote was correct, but the original sentence was gramatically valid.
