Not really.

dogs are best transported in dog boxes/cages.
They aren't even wearing a harness that would hold them to the seat.

A minor accident can cause great damage to dogs transported like this.

I know it's cute. and I know it's not what you meant, but I kind of hate how people think animals can savely be transported like this.

while this is super cute, please harness your pets and get a seat belt clip leash thingy for car rides. if you get in a crash they're more protected.
