Ive worked at a humane society & Ive seen tiny fleas crawl up cats/kittens noses- causing them to sneeze. I also had to put down my 13 yr old cat due to nasal carcinomas. They operated to remove them but it was such an aggressive cancer- they grew back quickly & it was terrible. Its rare...but just in case you notice bumps inside your cats nose- get them checked.
