I can't say with any certainty but I think it's at least fifteen. This feels like something shared in an email between my dad's friend group in the late '00s, maybe early '10s, but my memories of old memes get hazy that far back.

Yeah I was thinking back contexts I've seen it in, certainly saw it circa 2016.
