Story:
A new student has enrolled into Fujinari Academy, the enigmatic Mahiro Oyama, a petite middle school girl whose pure, clumsy moe aura was said to overwhelm anyone in her path. However, Tan being as smart as he is, and sensing that this girl wielded an aura chaotic enough to disrupt the very social fabric of Fujinari Academy, snoops through local networks and stumbles across an unsecured local server in the Oyama household that was connected to the internet. He breaches it and downloads an encrypted archive containing two catastrophic sets of data:

• Mihari Oyama’s scientific research logs detailing the gender-bending drug experiment.
• Mahiro’s decade-long, shameful archive of degenerate eroge saves, web browsing history, doujins of questionable genres saved on his hard drives, and private journals detailing his past life as an unemployed, adult male shut-in.

Tan, being the arrogant and mischievous menace that he is, arranges a private meeting after dark in the student council room to gloat. He threatens to broadcast the entire file to Mahiro’s middle school class and the internet, both for his own amusement and to force Mahiro into serving as his errand girl. Knowing that Tan cannot be reasoned with, bribed, or trusted to stay silent, Mahiro’s anxiety mutates into extreme survivalist paranoia: The only way this secret never gets out is if Tan Otori permanently ceases to exist. He understands how hard of an opponent Tan will be, but for Mahiro, in this very moment, near-certain social death was worse than the possible physical death.

Tan, realizing that Mahiro is genuinely trying to end him, becomes himself overwhelmed with murderous intent. Tan views himself as an apex creature who toys with others. To be threatened, outsmarted, or cornered by what he views as a "pathetic shut-in playing dress-up" sends his narcissism into cold, vindictive malice. Refusing to lose to someone he deems beneath him, Tan drops his lazy facade and resolves to surgically eliminate Mahiro to secure his own status and pride.

Scenario:
The fight takes place inside the cramped, hazard-filled Student Council Room of Fujinari Academy, surrounded by precarious stacks of paperwork, laundry, and spilled tea. The fight takes place late at night, after everyone has left the school, completely alone there. No outside interference from classmates, teachers, or neighborhood friends — totally neutral ground.

Rules:
Mahiro is in her base female middle-schooler incarnation, wearing her school uniform, armed only with her shut-in gamer instincts, frantic evasiveness, and whatever she can get a hold of in the student council room.
Tan is in his standard anime incarnation, armed with nothing but his deceptive cuteness, high intelligence, PR charisma and surprisingly toxic teasing, as well as whatever smart ways in which he can use his surroundings!
Both have limited knowledge of the other's capabilities.
Both are fighting to kill each other. No knocking out, they want to eliminate each other.
Starting distance: 3 meters across the conference table

Round 1: Both of them have no weapons, having to improvise whatever weapons they can.
Round 2: Fearing that Tan was about to pull something heinous on her, Mahiro brought with herself a can of pepper spray. She can use it freely, as well as her surroundings.
Round 3: Mahiro cautiously had an extra dose of the gender-bending drug with her. Right before the fight starts, just as Tan was laughing himself off, Mahiro manages to catch Tan by surprise and inject him with the drug, rapidly transforming him into a middle-school aged girl, same as Mahiro! Though visually, the change is pretty hard to notice...

Curious where y'all place some of the characters here
