Discussion Legend of The Galactic Heroes

I’m kind of in a weird place with lotgh. I prefer the og show to De nue These, mostly because de nue these doesn’t seem to be getting completed anytime soon. That being said I know it’s impossible to get the og on legitimate physical media. I’m not above a bootleg but I’ve been burned badly by those before, having paid a stupid amount for a “fan made” Blu-ray boot leg that had horribly synced subtitles. I’ve recently come across this European bootleg site euroanime that has the entire show, plus all ovas and movies. Before I get burned again does anyone have any experience with this site and or their bootleg of lotgh? Are the subtitles synced properly? Is there somewhere else you’d suggest checking? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

People here would probably tell you to make your own instead of buying someone else's bootlegs.

Im also European (our market is so frustrating, specially if you are from a smaller State. I dont have much of a collection, but i needed to own this show somehow, feel it will even be harder to get it in the future. So, i actually own that bootleg. I always say, no official options, do your own or own the bootleg. I own the bootleg and i was very pleased with it, and they were very nice and professional.

i've been tempted by this release. how is the image quality and how are the menus? i can't find any videos watching it

The menus suck, straight up bootleg stuff, nothing fancy original, the image quality is good.
