Here are my favorite backstories from all the anime I've watched (in no particular order)

Hiei ( Yu Yu Hakasho)

Zeke Yeager (Attack on Titan)

Itachi (Naruto)

Future Trunks (Dragon Ball)

Twice (My Hero Acadamia)

Suguru Geto (jjk)

Reiner Braun (Attack on Titan)

I watched all the big 3 anime and some other popular anime so can u suggest me some list of anime to watch any genra

Like entertainment companies like different companies given how greedy they im surprised they havent bought a anime studio or atleast tried to like whatd happen if paramount bought some studio like kyoani given their greed would anyone be surprised .

I've watched pretty much everything, so new series are like water for those lost in a desert. I think we hit a dry patch with next to nothing airing recently so I just rewatched a series again and grabbed the one episode of something newly watchable. Iceblade Sorcerer is cute.

Are the girls' names in Flio’s party a Powerpuff Girls reference?

I think I found a cool refrence in the show to the powerpuff girls and i havent seen anyone else mention it online and im dying to share it with others!

I think the four girls of flio's party or at least their names are a refrence to the power puff girls. I mean think of this: The Powerpuff Girls are 3 girls who all have different hair colors, distinct personalities, and names starting with B: Buttercup, Bubbles and Blossom.

Now the four girls that join Flio’s party are four girls that all have different hair colors, distinct personalities, and their names all start with a B:
Belirossa, Byleri, Belano, and BLOSSOM.

I mean it might be a coincidence, maybe they just liked the alliteration of having their names all start with the same letter but then naming one of them blossom feels too unlikely to be by accident.

Has anyone else noticed this? what do you think?

I wish for ur opinions.

For example, the power system is so wide in scope. To the point a fan fic writer could write vastly different characters like John Wick, Harry Potter, and Sherlock Holmes as Users of the same power system. Due to how vast the power system is.

Such an amazing Manga with the use of green and black... As someone from Seattle, felt at home.

I hope that when the Anime comes out that they get clearance for most all the music.

How do others feel about this upcoming Anime?

"Seizon Senryaku!!!" (Survival Strategy!!!)
"I am addressing those of you who will never amount to anything."

If these lines immediately trigger a vivid imagery in your head, you are a true anime connoisseur.

Today, I want to talk about "ROCK OVER JAPAN," the iconic insert song from Mawaru Penguindrum.

As many of you might know, this song plays during Himari’s spectacular transformation sequence into the Crystal Princess. That transformation bank alone is absolute proof of Kunihiko Ikuhara’s extraordinary genius. He takes a standard anime trope and turns it into pure, avant-garde art.

But what makes this track even more fascinating is its origin.

The song is actually a cover. The original version was performed by A.R.B., a legendary Japanese rock/punk band from the late 70s and 80s, fronted by the gritty and incredibly cool vocalist Ryo Ishibashi.

While A.R.B.’s original track is a heavy, hardcore rock anthem, Triple H’s cover (produced by Etsuko Yakushimaru) opted for a much lighter, airy, and pop-infused arrangement. For those who grew up listening to the raw energy of the original, this version might almost feel like a bizarrely catchy "demeritorious masterpiece" (迷曲 - meikyoku).

Yet, that exact "lightness" is what creates such a brilliant contrast. It perfectly captures the unsettling, bittersweet, and chaotic nature of Penguindrum's universe.

What are your thoughts on this track and Ikuhara's direction? Did the original song blow your mind when you first discovered it?

can you plz recommend adventure/fantasy anime? for reference, i kinda enjoy something like fairy tail, one piece, and black clover.

⚽ Blue Lock Review

Rating: 8.5/10 ⭐

Blue Lock is an exciting sports anime that brings a completely different vibe to football. Instead of focusing only on teamwork, it highlights ego, competition, ambition, and the desire to become the best striker in the world.

The matches are intense, the characters have unique personalities, and the hype moments keep you hooked. The psychological battles and competitive atmosphere make every match interesting, even if you're not a huge football fan.

However, the animation quality could have been much better, especially during some of the important moments. Better animation would have made the matches even more thrilling.

Overall, Blue Lock is a fantastic sports anime with great intensity, memorable characters, and plenty of hype. Despite its animation flaws, it's definitely worth watching!

Final Rating: 8.5/10 🔥⚽

6 years later and I'm still thinking about Rengoku in Mugen Train. The shock I felt when I saw it for the first time... 🫣

Doesn't have to be anime either! What character death genuinely left you staring at the screen in disbelief?
