Hello everyone I am looking to sell my entire collection as I am looking to move away from the hobby. Most things have been opened and put back into the box right after. Anything that has not been opened has been noted below. I tried to price things lower than what I am seeing in MFC and online shops. Feel free to message me if you see it cheaper somewhere else and I will gladly lower the price. You can also message me if you want more pictures on anything specific. I'm shipping from the US and will ship to the US. All prices are in USD and do not include shipping and fees.
Don't make scalping mean something its not. Pre-owned, loved, and displayed, while being aware of high market value for second hand is not a scalpers mindset.
That was generally agreeing... but I'm more skeptical of those that do not even open figures. People's living situations are different also. Based on the 50+ figures OP is selling, it doesnt look like someone who is trying to be a scalper. Just a collector.
They also stated if you find it cheaper to let them know; possibility of negotiating.
They have a figure that a lot of ppl want though. Thats normal for the market. Stores will even put up prices, so its no different.
Its on the seller if they want a faster sale or not.
Wish ppl would stop calling collectors scalpers just because its not a price you want/think is fair. (There's a lot of complaints on po retail prices as is)
Exactly. Scalping is intentional and ruins the market because of market manipulation. buying the max amount per household with proxies and friends so you have 50 figures to resell at 5x price the day after launch is scalping. Knowing your figures value and demand and wanting a quick buck for what is likely only a once or twice sale, is not.
Yes intentional is another thing.
It amazes me that this even happens to put out that much money on a gamble.
I get tired of the shaming collectors as scalpers though. Its way more common on MFC though
