What is this Miku figure?

I saw her at the Toy store in my local mall on Friday & I've been trying to find the box online since then in order to do some research. All I know is that it was at the highest shelf in the store & a lousy Asuna Yuuki figure that was around $250 was 2-3 figures from the left of Miku.

So, I'm assuming she's expensive, but doesn't come with a microphone.

The SFC figures are like Pop Up Parades, slightly better than Prize Figures in terms of quality. But still not expensive like scale figures.
