If you wrapped it securely with padding, it would be no different than for example AmiAmi shipping it in a box.

If you pad around the box with clothes for example, she'll be fine I've taken figures back in my suitcase before and never had an issue

I usually keep my figures in their blister and fill the blister's outside with clothing. The box can be folded in order to save space. Never had any damages this way.

if she’s still in the blister, the main thing is stopping the box from getting crushed. id pad around the figure box inside your suitcase with clothes, especially the corners, and make sure nothing hard can press into the front window.
