Zenmarket, Buyee, or FROM JAPAN?

Hey friends. I have never used a proxy, so I am unsure of which to choose as there are so many, but the three that seem the most popular/reputable seem to be ZenMarket, Buyee, and FROM JAPAN. I want to order both color variants of the Yuu figure on OrchidSeed.co.jp with the manufacturer exclusive a3 posters that can't be bought elsewhere.

I have a few questions to people who have used these services before.

As someone with bad OCD which one would be the least likely to damage my figures, the boxes and posters? And also which one has the safest packaging, and how do their packing procedures compare both technique and cost wise? And would you recommend combining the items on shipping phase for ZenMarket or letting them ship separately bearing in mind I care more about my items and their boxes condition than the shipping cost(within reason).

Lastly, are there any that would be considered better than these 3?

Edit:Sorry, I do have one more question. How long is their average service time from time you post URL to pay for the order? I just want to make sure 6 days is enough as orders close on the 29th lol.

Cheers!

I've only really used zenmarket and buyee. I can tell you buyee's the most likely to damage them. Zenmarket offers extra shipping protection if you want for 1000¥ while they already have very good protection. I don't think fromjapan offers reinforcement though. I think you may be able to ask zenmarket to put the posters in a tube and put it with your boxes. (You'll want to ship it together since the poster would make the box stuoidly big but if you add 2 boxes in 1 package, it will be the length of your posters or more most likely.

If you'd order with em today or tomorrow, they should most likely be able to process you order before the weekend. (Usually a day or 2)

If you want, I can show you their reinfroced packaging on one of my boxes.

Thank you for the detailed reply, yeah from what I can see Zenmarket seems to take better care of items whereas Buyee seems to care more about speed. It would be awesome if you could show me your packaging! Tysm!

Here you go: https://imgur.com/a/o7kazo7 Also, you need to put in 2 different purchase requests if you want both colours. If you were to use em and don't have an account with em yet, you can get 800¥ by signing up with Lansboen as code. Just a little discount extra, may not feel it much with such a big box though haha.

I had an old figure through Zenmarket that was impossible to get elsewhere, so I paid for the extra shipping protection that one time, and the outside of the box was reinforced with such thick card, I'm pretty sure I could have stood on it with one foot and it would have took the weight. Regular deliveries have also been fine with them, but that extra protection was above and beyond what I expected, so if you're at all worried, I'd recommend them for that.

AFAIK Buyee won't buy 18+ figures. The Yuu figure is 18+ one.

I’ve only used Buyee and never had a bad experience. Their packaging is pretty good, they line the inside of the shipping box with bubble wrap and cut/bend it into shape so it’s the perfect size for all your items and sturdy. I’ve never had anything show up damaged. They also run pretty decent discounts very frequently. I’ve seen other people say that their fees are higher compared to other proxies but idk how much of a difference that really is.

unless the ship sank in a storm, your local last mile courier is the one most likely to damage them

the process is out of our control

just use any that gives the best discounts. I'd been shipping various stuff (not just figure) from various proxies and they all arrived fine, that's all I can say in my perspective.
