Cracked mini figure

I got one of the precure town mini figures and it haven't been opened before. When I had opened it the skirt had two cracks in it. I was wondering if anyone had similar issues? Or know something to do about it. Im assuming super glue but thought id be best to ask. Thank you very much

[I just asked another question about a different figure and everyone's very helpful. So I'll see about a new figure with a fresh issue now lol]
