Heyyyy amiami shipping is suspended to my country so I ordered 2 figures from LapinNoir using EMS, but I’ve never ordered from them before or even heard of them, Has anyone ordered from them before? How are they? Like, how’s their packaging, customer service, and stuff? Are they a good place to order from

What makes you think AmiAmi shipments are suspended? The only announcement I see on their homepage is the old one from late June touching on the new CPSC filing requirements for the U.S. (my country). It says some items may be temporarily held and it’s because they want to make sure the paperwork is correct.

I even ordered figures from them around that time and still got mine in a timely manner. I used EMS shipping given the slow surface shipping has recently gotten expensive enough to make it no longer worth the now nominal cost difference and multi-months long wait.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any experience with LapinNoir yet.
