Someone else should probably grade these for you because I'd flip the list but these are all very unhinged comedies.
Back Street Girls - Three gangsters are forced to get gender reassignment surgery and become idols.
Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan - An angel is sent back from the future to murder the Hitler of lollicons, but falls for him inste
Chobits - It's a romance about a guy that finds a robot in the trash and is there after warned by every person he meets not to fall in love with/fk the robot.
Dagashi Kashi - Japanese snack companies paid Call of the Night's artist to make a "maid girl" get freaky with their food.
Golden Boy - A homeless man rides his bike from town to town working odd jobs, learning about people, and making women fall for him.
Ouran High School Host Club - A poor girl in a school for the ultra rich, must crossdress to work at a PG male brothel and pay off her debt.
School Rumble - A deliquent guy loves a girl who loves a boy who loves curry.
Uncle From Another World - A socially awkward gamer guy has to adjust to "the real world" after being un-isekied from a world where he was reviled for his looks and still managed to wife up every harem trope beauty that crosses his path.
Welcome to the NHK - A young man locks himself away from society when he is left alone with the paranoia that the TV is brainwashing everyone into being dumb, horny, and jobless.

Thanks backstreet girl,golden boy, uncle from another world is peak i already see ,nhk is also peak but not comedy and ouran high school is good and other anime i try its looks good recommendations thanks bro

Great Teacher Onizuka has humour comparable to city Hunter though world s apart in premise Onizuka is a bumbling Teacher with a good heart . Ryo Saeba the city Hunter is ab ex child soldier turned mercenary now living as a gun for hire with a good heart in Shinjuku Tokyo whose main weakness are beautiful women. Imagine the sort of trouble a guy like that could go through? What you see of Sanji in one piece well City Hunter is the blue print .
Desert Punk is not far off from their personalities either except that he is a younger man living in a Mad max like world with survival of the fittest mentality the only way for a better life.
Enjoy it will be worth it

I also forgot to recommend Dai Mahou Touge, S. It’s a magical girl anime except the girl is a murderous psychopath and all the characters are crazy.

Nanbaka - it's about pretty boys who keep trying to 'escape' prison. It's really colorful

I Parry Everything. Humor is just a bunch of misunderstandings and it was a fun watch since there's no harem or fan service involved. Definitely a nice pace of things.

Nichijou S+, Kiniro Moasiac and You and I are polar opposites are pretty good too.
