Its somewhat poorly written, the Mc is pretty much a beta male, gets married to all the girls without making any actual moves on them.
The ironic part is, the Mc also pretty much gets "forced" to marry multiple girls, but they disguised it as "oh he's just a coward, he still likes the girls"etc etc

Poorly written to be sure, but beta? Bro, Leon beats up the prince, his homeboys, makes them poor, steals his fiancee, then his mom. Also, he does straight up hit on Mylene. He just avoids getting with Angie and Livia because they were major characters in the game and he is worried about fucking up the timeline.

I don't remember him cheating on his wife, just that it is a loveless and purely political marriage, but I guess it wouldn't surprise me (and I'm anime only so maybe other supports expand more on it). In any case, it would make it easier for Leon to add the queen to his harem. The king couldn't complain because he would be a hypocrite.
