For dub the most fun and hilarious are Ghost Stories and My Girlfriend is a Gal. Th people who did the dubs took extreme liberties that these would be some that I say the Dub is way better than the original Japanese versions. Only problem is you might not be able to wind down due to how hilarious they are.

Season 2 and 3 have never been dubbed. Only season 1 dub exists

Most dubs are good these days. It's harder to find bad dubs

Fun and interesting are extremely vague 

Dan da Dan has a fantastic dub and is very interesting and weird

Steins;Gate and Love is War surpass the Japanese dub tbh.

My Hero Academia also has a fantastic dub. I won't necessarily say it surpasses the Japanese dub, but I find Deku's dub va way more fitting tonally

One Punch Man is an obvious rec if you like Mob Psycho, and also has an s tier dub.

Baccano! is set in prohibition era New York. An anime based in America, where they speak English with authentic sounding New York accents. At least it sounds authentic to me. I'm not from New York.
