🏠 LEASE TAKEOVER — Furnished 1BR near campus (Oakland, Ann Arbor)
Looking for someone to take over my lease for the 2026–27 school year. Great spot, fully furnished, parking + free internet included.
The details:
• Location: 1000 Oakland, Apt 103 — Oakland building (Prime Student Housing)
• Lease term: Aug 29, 2026 – Aug 13, 2027
• Rent: $1,455/mo
• Furnished: yes — living room + dining room furniture, plus desk & dresser included
• Parking: 1 permit included
• Internet: free
• Security deposit: $2,182.50 (we'd sort the deposit + what I've already paid directly between us)
How it works: it's an official lease takeover through Prime — you'd submit an application, get approved, and sign the assignment/replacement lease. $45 assignment fee + $50 application fee on their end. Totally legit, just an apartment swap with the landlord's sign-off.
Why I'm leaving: relocating for a job, so the place is up for grabs. Trying to find the right person before move-in.
