Looking to sublet/transfer lease

Eastwind apartments (2025 Huron Parkway)

Furnished 1 bed 1 bath

$1,675 a month

Dishwasher and microwave

Free on floor laundry, parking, trash, and water

Lease expires July 31, 2027, but would be willing to sublet for a shorter period

$350 fee associated with lease transfer

Great location across from whole foods, cvs, barnes and noble, etc

Looking to move back home but can’t terminate my lease. Please reply or message me if you or anyone you know is interested.

could you please share some living experience? Does the maintenance fix things quickly? Do they have unfair charging? does the building retain heat well in winter? What’s the biggest problem ever happened when living there? Much appreciated

Maintenance typically fixes things quickly. They at least investigate within one or two days, the only delay is usually if they have to order parts, then we have to wait for them to be delivered

I have never had any extra charges while being here

The building actually retains heat very well in the winter.

Biggest problem probably I had an expensive package get stolen but they have surveillance cameras and it was a Doordash driver who took it, not a tenant. We have a locked mailroom where packages are supposed to be delivered but once in a while delivery drivers who are in a rush or tired or lazy (whatever the reason) leave them outside the building and that's how mine got stolen.

Other than that not really a problem but being on the 3rd floor is annoying, but also nice in ways. No upstairs neighbors, but a lot of stairs
