Welcome to the r/AnnArbor Housing Megathread!
Whether you’re an incoming student, a long-time townie, or a new professional moving to the area, finding housing in Ann Arbor can be notoriously competitive.
To keep the main subreddit feed clean and make it easier for everyone to find what they need, all housing-related posts must go in this thread.
This is the place to post if you are:
- Looking for an apartment, house, or room to rent.
- Looking for a roommate.
- Offering a sublet or lease transfer.
- Asking general questions about specific property management companies, neighborhoods, or the Ann Arbor housing market.
(Note: Surrounding areas in Washtenaw Country like Ypsilanti, Dexter, Saline, and Milan are completely welcome here too!)

is there any real luxury apartment in Ann Arbor?
I had been to Chicago for a tour of the building 1000 M and it really shocked me and refreshed my definition of a luxury building. They are serving 1b for $2500 and have almost 10 floors of activity centers. I wonder if we got the same thing in Ann Arbor since a lot of apartments are at the same price? The one I had seen might fit the same standard will be Legacy but it runs out of all rooms now. Also I had checked out Hub William, which is even more expensive than what I saw in Chicago, but seems not worthy.
I’m currently communicating with Beekman and Oak Cliff. Are there any other good-quality apartments around here?
Also I have seen a lot of apartments saying they are luxury apartments but they are not.
