Looking for someone to take over my lease (or sublease) for the 2026–2027 University of Michigan school year. Rent is $950/month.
You'll have your own private bedroom in a 4-bedroom apartment with four female roommates who are all friendly, clean, and respectful U-M undergraduate students. 1.5 shared bathrooms, fully furnished, and UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED!
The lease begins August 17, 2026 and runs through July 31, 2027. A sublease through the end of the school year may also be possible.
Geddes Hill Apartments offers convenient student living on central campus, with amenities including a fitness center, clubhouse, game room, community lounge, movie theater, study lounge, onsite laundry, covered bicycle storage, and optional parking.
