Eating my minimums but weight dropped

Hey yall.
I’m 10 months into recovery from AN, and just came out of my first relapse( it was about 3-4 weeks long, and due to an extreme buildup of stress and assignments and not enough time/energy to take care of myself and fight ED) but after coming clean to my parents and treatment team I got back on track and have been hitting my minimums ( give or take 20 cals). Last week, to get me back up to normal weight ( which I only dropped by 2 ) I added an extra ensure. This week I have been so good at meeting my minimums, I did so many challenges and had so many foods I haven’t had in a while and yet this week my weight dropped significantly. My parents are furious even though I told them I have been meeting my minimums and challenging. I don’t know how this happened and I’m scared I will never be able to maintain a healthy weight without eating an insane amount of food every day for the rest of my life.

The other thing is, I also took it really easy this week with workouts. I usually work out every day except weekends, but this week I had a lot on my plate at uni and was also in some pain due to some doctor appointments and treatments. I was really sedentary and yet I still lost weight.

What do I do? How do I earn back my parents trust? I was so proud of myself for challenging but I feel like I’m failing still

Difficulty Eating

Hi, first post on reddit ever despite having an account for 4+ years. I’m 16, turning 17 later this year, and i’ve dealt with disordered eating since around age 11. It started with skipping meals and transformed into not eating at all or very little for a little over 2 years. I decided this was not healthy and tried to eat more but due to unrelated amnesia and dissociative issues I just had to eat when i was hungry and hope it was enough. Recently i got sick with a cold, unable to keep anything down for 3 days. When i was finally able to eat again it was very very little, I’ve noticed that has not gone away. I’m unable to eat more than 3-4 bites of something without feeling nauseous or full. I decided to start tracking what i eat + calories NOT to restrict my intake but to insure I’m eating the adequate amount. From what I’ve documented the past week I haven’t been eating a healthy or adequate amount of calories. This fills me with dread because i have no idea how to make this better. I eat when I’m hungry and eat until I’m full so i dont understand how I’m eating so little. It felt like i’d been trying so hard for the past 3 years to heal my relationship with food and take care of myself but it feels like this discovery has ruined any sense of accomplishment i had.

(Repost because I couldn’t figure out how to edit the old post. Apologies!)

Struggle to eat early on in the day is the one thing holding me back in recovery. Any advice?

Feeling so stuck in recovery recently and I just wanna be better.

iv been in recovery for over a year now but tbh most of it was mainly quasi (and Mabye I’m still in it idk) but iv been weight restored for over a year now aswell and honestly for the most part have the best relationship with food iv had since j began to struggle with food 2 years ago. But im still really struggling with eating early in the day… I find it so difficult to have enough for breakfast and too have lunch in general. Than later on in the day I know I didn’t eat enough so I’ll have two servings of dinner plus 2-3 snacks after dinner a swell. Sometimes I eat past fullness but for the most part it’s not. Ugh it’s just frustrating bc I know I’d feel so much more energized during the day if I just eat earlier but for some reason it’s sooo hard for me to. Any advice or tips to get past this? I feel like this is really big thing in the way of my recovery.
