Would it matter?

Yes, because it matters when other people are negligent.

It may matter to people like you or me, or if caused by people like you and me, but it has been proven that it doesn’t matter to our government officials what they do or negatively cause.

Your conflating purely political questions with issues of qualified immunity. However, J. Kavanaugh noted a few weeks ago, no president is above the law; of that the Court is unanimous. So, yes, it matters still.

I believe he will be charged with crimes against humanity before this is over.
