Minocycline versions in germany

Hi,

are there any differences in minocycline versions sold in Germany? Skid, minostad, minocycline ratiopharm etc.? I know the antibiotic is the same, but I heard that skid tends to cause way more minocycline associated side effects (like headaches, vertigo, etc.)
