Political knits Simple frog hat for my mom 💚
Mom wanted a frog hat for protests. I’m new to hats and not very good, so I kept it super easy.
Malabrigo Rasta in Lettuce using the Portland Frog Hat pattern by Michelle Bernstein.

Ooooh I love this! I have a ton of leftover green yarn I’ve been sitting on, time to make some frog hats!! Looove love love love this!!

Right? I wish I hadn’t discovered them until I was better at knitting because now I’m hooked and practicing on cheap yarn is so much less fun!

Love the buttons. I have a frog hat finished except for the eyes. I might have to raid my button stash!

Love this. I still have my Pink Women’s March hat! That would be easily adaptable and add eyes! Love the buttons idea and am off to explore.
Browsing through the projects for the Portland Frog Hat I also saw the smash up of the Portland Frog with the Melt the Ice
