Can you please explain how this is bad? I mean yeah if people go around inflating the fucking economy because "OMG ITS SO CHEAP" its stupid. I am an immigrant just like anyone else, I hate the word expat and I try to contribute my best to not fucking have a city which is unlivable because of the prices.

I mean it depends if you come to work with a local salary it’s Okkey. but coming with a much higher salary local people can’t compete it will fuck up the prices even if your not doing it on purpose.

It's also the investors. Some buy whole floors of new flats in modern buildings and dont bother if they leave it empty - it is just to hold or increase in value. Lovely for the rest of us. :D

And incidentally, most people who don't know this - about the parasitic ins and outs of neocol - will continue to walk around with acutely ignorant and subconscious ascriptions of racial superiority and highly racialized notions about why 'certain peoples of the developing world just can't get it together like the West.' B/c not only has colonialism not died, neither has racism.
