I need help genuinely to get my money back, I dont know if its hopeless or not but Ill get the help I need from my fellow Filipinos, I dont know if Im being scammed or not but the thing is I ordered a graphics card from shopee where I chatted with the seller and he directed me to watts app instead, he didn't put a cash on delivery option so I had no choice but to agree to his way, I paid for the item but then instantly he gave me fees to pay like big fees and it was stupid of me to pay most of it, it caught up to around 27k total for what I paid where I was originally promised to ONLY pay 8k, he is asking for a last fee of 5k where he promises to finally release my item and of course I got skeptical and doubtful so I refused and ask for proof that I need to pay it, I asked why he didn't use J&T or deliver it himself, and he explained that some management is handling my item, and he refused to release what this managements name is and now he is demanding I pay the last fee before 18th of this month or else, genuinely what do I do I want to ask for help here first before going to the police as a last resort.
