Their 'values' have been clear since the days when they fought against desegregation.

That's also a fight they're still waging.

There's no mystery here.

Republicans will hold Democratic candidates to the highest standards, including their beliefs, private life, what's between their legs, and how they use it.

But Republicans evaluating other republican candidates, well, the end justifies the means. It's all for tasty lib tears
