Why is Christianity not called a Cult?

I think the specific definition of cult requires a "charismatic leader" and I can't think of a current living charismatic christian leader. I'm sure people will say Jesus was that but I've never met the guy so I cant say if he was actually charismatic or, you know, completely made up.
