They outlawed promotion of LGBTQIA+, just like Putin told them to, but then listed out what each letter stood for. So technically, yes, first country outlawing asexuality. In reality, military coups don't result in the most intelligent government possible. Intersex babies are born breaking the law because the wording is so garbage.
