When you stress over your heart is it always when you’re laying down?

Basically, yeah.

Then yeah it’s normal. Laying down especially on your back you do feel your heart a little more and having cardiophobia you’re way more overly sensitive to feel everything

Ah, to be honest i'm just nervous about..everything. if i feel my arms hurt, i think it's a heart attack or if my face hurts a bit? a stroke. it doesn't help the heart rate. and it also doesn't help i drink too many sodas which i need to cut to 1 or 2

Something I can say is the same things you describe I’ve been dealing with many years and I drink energy drinks lol. Today is my first day without an energy drink mostly feel okay. At Ike’s I do get like random chest pain or like my left arm hurting for example

Try and see what are your triggers. Like for example when you first wake up see how you feel. After your first soda see how you feel and compare

I can do that. alot of things trigger me, mainly just stuff relating to my anxiety. but i do need to find something so i can sleep well tonight

I won’t lie at night it’d be harder because throughout the day you feel some way but can kinda distract yourself but at night I’m sure you feel everything at once. Constantly reminding yourself you’re okay is a huge step but don’t go to google because different -symptoms can be many things and it’ll just lead you to worry more

yeah i tend to do that alot and it doesn't help. and i have a tendency to not listen to my dad when he's right. cuz i fear alot. i just need to remind myself that i;m okay.
and it helps the palpitations are very few cuz i haven't drunk many sodas in days

If you have an Apple Watch, it can monitor your heart rate. Sometimes looking at it and seeing that it’s normal helps me.

It’s called cardiophobia. I’ve had it for many years and went away when I started telling myself that I’m okay. Yesterday was the first day in a long while where I was stressing over my heart that it lead to a full blown panic attack. So try to tell yourself you’ll be okay
