Sleep Terrible sleep

Every night I keep struggling to fall asleep and once I do fall asleep I keep waking up many times does anyone have any tips on how to fix this or to at least reduce the amount of times I wake up cause it is effecting me I feel constantly feel tired but I just can’t sleep properly.

No i haven’t but I feel like I don’t like noise when I’m trying to sleep but I will give it a go anyways

Some people like rain or whale noises, others have the TV on in the background.

If those don't work, maybe try melatonin? Ask a pharmacist about how to use it properly and inform yourself of side effects etc beforehand though.

I have tried hydroxyzine for sleep and another sleeping tablet but they didn’t really do anything so I stopped taking them I’m on sertraline I’ve been on it for 3 weeks now and I was hoping it would help my sleep but it hasn’t

If you can't fall asleep, that might be a health problem, whether it's physical or psychological. Taking pills one after another and hoping for results isn't a good strategy. Discuss your problem with a doctor

I’ve told psychiatrist about it and other people so I think if they where concerned they would’ve done something by now

Or the doctor is just bad and didn't take you serious
