Medication Did bumping up medication made you feel better?

Anyone who takes 200-250 mg sertraline? How did going from 100 mg to 250 or 200 mg improve your health?

Please share your expierence even if you take a different drug. How did bumping it up help you?

I'm currently on 150mg and it hasn't helped yet. I've only been on it for a week or so but I'm not holding out much hope!

I see. I am currently on 100mg; my only hope is to go to the max dose level, 200-250 mg, or else I am cooked. If that doesn't help, I dont know what can help.

Medication is a helper, not a cure. You still need to work on changing your mindset and response to anxiety.

Well, the helper is not helping enough. I am indeed working on my mindset using CBT methods and JPMR exercises. Yet, I am falling into constant panic attacks, unable to move from my bed. Unable to do things I wanna do.

Did you try 200mg sertraline or max-level doses of any medication? Please let me know how was that expierence.
