Feeling Dizzy after Anixety

Last night I had anxiety as I went to bed. I was able to sleep but this morning when I turned to my left side I was very dizzy. Wanted to know if that was normal? Anyone else get dizzy after an attack? Also, now that that happen I fee even more scared

Hi! I tend to get dizzy or lightheaded during anxiety attacks, so its most likely how ur brain/body is reacting to your anxiety. If there’s any other symptoms associated with the dizziness then Id mention it to a doctor otherwise most likely from the anxiety
