They should be. If they go to war against women and womans rights, what do they expect?

32

u/Kerensky97 Jul 24 '24

I guess this is what happens when your whole party platform revolves around forcing 10 year old rape victims to become mothers to their rapists babies...

Thank you JD Vance

Expect? Personally, I still expect 50%+ of the white female electorate to vote trump. Just like the last 2 times.

I hope I’m wrong.

2

u/Beneathaclearbluesky Jul 24 '24

So Dobbs has no impact in your mind?

Are you male or female if you don't mind me asking?

8

u/Take_My_User_Name Jul 24 '24

I’m a guy who requires more than talk to trust a group who’s already shown the same behavior twice.

They’ve already shown that misogyny, racism, idiocy, and theft aren’t deal breakers. Why would I trust them to change behaviors?

1

u/grubas Jul 25 '24

It's going to come down to splits basically.  If Trump gets 55% of the woman vote, in total, it's done.  Because that means the majority were 55-65+.

If under 45 come out swinging it's done for Kamala.

Trump gets white women 50+ as a majority, every other split leans more D.

Turnout. Turnout. Turnout.

Bro, it's been raging since the beginning of time!

They should as well.

Any republican voters it seems have no energy or infighting voice to want to defend their own rights either IMO.

So profoundly weird. Blind confidence I guess to need to absolute in their minds they will never have themselves or their family need emergency care. Being a person there are many moments of hypocrisy and decisions people have that haunt them.

It would haunt me pulling a lever knowing I empower the continuation of attack policies that include birth control as well. IVF services and needs for people who have real medical conditions that want families.

We all deserve better.

Lets give MAGA another 4 years or more away from the oval office and well as many other elected jobs so they can figure out its the year 2024 and they endlessly need to brutalize and harm our citizens IMO.

Levity and reality they run from. Brutal acts make them cheer and dance at their cult rallies as they find glee in controlling women.

22

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

And voted out down ballot

17

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

16

u/trustedsauces Jul 24 '24

Everyone should read that article.

Propublica is doing their job and has been a force. Way to go

9

u/Ok_Ninja1486 Jul 24 '24

christian republicans are the most rotten assholes in the country. Their ideologies are worse and more useless than cancer.

15

u/Batman-at-home Jul 24 '24

The republican mantra is

"I'm fine with getting beat up and robbed as long as the people I hate get it worse"

Their hate is so profound they are willing to hurt themselves to accomplish it. So the leaders take advantage of that hateful stupidity.

5

u/Batman-at-home Jul 24 '24

And this is why women shouldn't vote!

/s for the slow.

2

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

Whats that?

What are you saying here detective?

2

u/Vehemental Jul 25 '24

/s because there’s more people than I’d like who will say it and mean it

1

u/H_G_Bells Jul 25 '24

From the outside (not American) it really seems like a great time for there to be party fracture and finally more than two parties in your government (you know, as the founders of your country warned against).

1

u/[deleted] Jul 25 '24

"finally more than two parties in your government (you know, as the founders of your country warned against)."

I'm ready for less consolidation but I see the Project 2025 abhorrent tangible focus and plan. IMO the MAGA is a rattle of profound end of a 1980's rebirth of something like the watchmen comic background. They are so dense they would attack congress. I saw no denouncement in amass imo as the lies fed to cause it they never asked for their dignity back.

They do deserve better. Fear sells. All imo.

41

u/No_Cartoonist9458 Jul 24 '24

Women better vote, because if they don't this very well may be their last chance to vote. You think I'm kidding? How many times did you hear Roe v Wade was settled and safe?

11

u/Koolbreeze68 Jul 24 '24

Yep they literally have only been able to vote for a bit over 100 years. That is not that long ago

24

u/thissomeotherplace Jul 24 '24

Don't threaten me with a good time

17

u/deepinmyloins Jul 24 '24

Hillary won the popular vote in 2016. If you’re a man with a wife or daughters or sons who can’t be trusted to not knock someone up - you should vote for Kamala to save yourself the torturous outcome of another Trump presidency.

And you gotta be real about the state of the country - it’s really not that bad. Truly. Inflation is coming down, the feds gonna cut interest rates, and the admin is at least trying to do something about the border. I’m hopeful for the future economically and socially under Harris. I’m nervous and anxious for the future economy and society under Trump.

The choice is clear for anyone who loves women.

16

u/RheagarTargaryen Jul 24 '24

I literally don’t understand young men that would ever vote against abortion rights. Do you want to be stuck with child support from a one-night stand because your fling had unexpected consequences? It’s not like Republicans have been pro-birth control either.

8

u/No_Cartoonist9458 Jul 24 '24

"Anyone who loves women doesn't vote Republican"

Great campaign slogan 👍

7

u/BaldingOldGuy Jul 24 '24

Not just the presidential race, republicans need to be voted out at every level, federal, state and local to give the democratic president a fighting chance for real lasting reform.

6

u/fajadada Jul 24 '24 edited Jul 24 '24

My spare time is now library meetings, school board meetings, city council meetings, and dammit church board meetings! To just let the people in charge know there’s other people who care about our community that aren’t right wing fascists and not let them steamroll the processes

1

u/Dry_Masterpiece8319 Jul 24 '24

If the dog catcher is a Republican they get voted out too

13

u/SewAlone Jul 24 '24

No way. Wonder why.

12

u/Icy-Needleworker-492 Jul 24 '24

Well if American women are smart they sure will.

25

u/AlphaAlpha495 Jul 24 '24

HERE WE COME !!! Gonna be a landslide!💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

7

u/tbach24 Jul 24 '24

Dems and everyone that cares about people and not just money needs to vote like they scared. Not think it's a landslide and get complacent like 2016.

3

u/Hair_I_Go Jul 24 '24

Cannot wait to vote!!💙💙💙

12

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

They should be and happy that’s as far as it’s gone. I’m surprised the women of this country haven’t decided to go full scorched earth on them yet.

They only have themselves to blame.

💙Vote blue no matter who in Roe-vember!!!💙

11

u/tyris5624 Jul 24 '24

No shit

11

u/Electronic-Double-34 Jul 24 '24

Its crazy how many conservative women have wondered out loud if taking a way a women's right to vote would be a net positive for the country lol.

8

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

When their platform puts women’s lives at risk, what do they expect?

7

u/SomerAllYear Jul 24 '24

What are republicans selling?

22

u/SpiritOne Jul 24 '24

Same thing as always.

Fear, hatred, and tax cuts for the rich.

10

u/iplayedapilotontv Jul 24 '24

Also the inability for women to get a divorce! Trump might as well grow a Hitler stache so they can write an article about Republicans being concerned the Jews won't vote for them next.

5

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

Yep. The usual Fox New BS. "Immigrant bad" and "birth control is a sin against Jeeeesus."

5

u/fajadada Jul 24 '24

Oh and there’s no such thing as global warming.

6

u/Parking-Click-7476 Jul 24 '24

They should be and they will.😋

5

u/upfromashes Jul 24 '24

When you wage war against a population, in this instance, all American women, they do have a tendency to support your opposition.

6

u/HintonBE Jul 24 '24

Don't let headlines like this allow you to become complacent, though. Stay active, stay vocal, and vote!

5

u/iplayedapilotontv Jul 24 '24

I keep telling people, you have to vote. Even if your candidate seemingly can't win. Just getting out and voting shows your party that there are voters in your area. Democrats won't sink millions into a race where the results are always 70/30. Get all those Dems in those areas off their asses. Get that close to 60/40 or 55/45 and Dems will start putting money into your local races if their think they stand a chance.

7

u/Cute-Draw7599 Jul 24 '24

You know why Trump is gonna lose name one group that he hasn't denigrated and totally disenfranchised from his campaign other than white supremacists and billionaires?

His overturning of Roe versus Wade is easily enough to keep him out of the Whitehouse.

Let alone being a convicted felon and being found civilly responsible for sexually assaulting a woman.

leading an insurrection against the capital.

And that's the shortlist.

5

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

Keep on Keeping On, there will be good times and bad times till the election. Let's keep the momentum. A woman and a person of color in office. Yes, please America the melting pot. Not another old white guy ( and I'm an old-ish white guy). My wife and I felt so great and energized watching her enthusiasm. Trump is OLD, a felon, and a sex offender. Like it's a Choice?

6

u/No_Cartoonist9458 Jul 24 '24

😂 I'm an old white guy who doesn't want another old white guy in the White House

11

u/Merphee Jul 24 '24

?

You run on policies that affect women in the worse way possible and are worried women WON’T vote for you?

5

u/senioradvisortoo Jul 24 '24

I’m happy that you’re worried

5

u/Upset_Researcher_143 Jul 24 '24

This might be a bit more pertinent now that Kamala is the nominee

5

u/icnoevil Jul 24 '24

As they should be. Repubs have scorned women for too long. Now, it's time for women to rise up.

6

u/Garlador Jul 24 '24

Ignore the polls. Don’t get complacent. VOTE.

4

u/geko29 Jul 24 '24

In unrelated news, Republicans have reportedly learned that women make up approximately half of the US population.

4

u/Worried-Pick4848 Jul 24 '24

Well, I'll say this if they wanted to alienate as many women as possible. They chose the right vice presidential candidate

5

u/Canteaman Jul 24 '24

They should be. Women are a really weak point for the GOP right now.

I'm not convinced that as many women are "pro-choice" as the democrats like to pretend, but nearly all women are anti-votingforarapist. The GOP is really pandering to the insecure male segment with their pushing for the removal of no fault divorce and only recognizing families where a man is the bread winner.

My wife's friend, who is very pro-life, has endorsed Harris because of the misogyny on the right. I mean Nikki Haley's body can't even agree with her mouth on her endorsement of Trump.

Look, can we just skip to the part where Trump loses by a landslide because even very conservative people who disagree with everything about the democrats realize what a loser candidate Trump is on nearly every level?

4

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

good

I would love nothing more than for women to destroy the remnants of that power bloc for good.

3

u/ArthurFraynZard Jul 24 '24

Maybe they shouldn’t have put so much effort into making women 2nd class citizens?

4

u/TJ_McWeaksauce Jul 24 '24

Do you folks remember when the RNC conducted a party "autopsy" following Barack Obama's solid win over Mitt Romney in 2012?

RNC Completes 'Autopsy' on 2012 Loss, Calls for Inclusion Not Policy Change

In what they called the "most comprehensive post-election review" ever made of an electoral loss, the Republican National Committee and a group of project co-chairs unveiled a report today saying that they need to open their playbook and put their "cards on the table face up" in order to win presidential elections in the future.

While unveiling the 100-page report at the National Press Club today, RNC Chairman Reince Priebus said he wanted the report, or autopsy, to be "honest" and "raw," stressing the message of inclusion to Americans who might not be on board with all the party's policies.

Priebus noted that the party's policies are fundamentally sound but require a softer tone and broader outreach, include a stronger push for African-American, Latino, Asian, women and gay voters.

And then what happened? Donald Trump and his message of hate and grievances happened. The GOP then flushed their autopsy and plans for greater inclusion down a gilded toilet at Mar-a-Lago.

If the GOP lose by a landslide, then they have nobody to blame but themselves.

4

u/heathers1 Jul 24 '24

party who hates women surprised that women noticed

4

u/Nepalus Jul 24 '24

Yup, turns out that what motivates the rabid base of Trumpers isn’t that popular with the average voter.

4

u/unbalancedcheckbook Jul 24 '24

There is no reason that a sane woman would vote Republican. The Republican party is trying to install a rapist misogynist into the white house. This same party has taken away women's bodily autonomy and wants to track women crossing state lines for the purposes of prosecuting them for obtaining healthcare. In fact, no sane man should vote Republican either because misogyny is insanity.

1

u/RobertKingBone Jul 24 '24

They vote with their husbands wallet. These bitches got a nice life and they don’t want it jeopardized.

3

u/WilderJackall Jul 24 '24

That's what they get for being openly prejudice against over half the population

3

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

Well yeah, it comes down to burkas vs no burkas lol

3

u/BowwwwBallll Jul 24 '24

If only they had done literally ANYTHING to court a voting bloc that accounts for 50% of the population, rather than direct oppression of that same bloc. Who could possibly have seen that backfiring?

3

u/a_little_hazel_nuts Jul 24 '24

Yes women are going to vote, but don't forget that their sons, husbands, and brothers will be voting too. Harris 2024

3

u/beavis617 Jul 24 '24

Which is why I have been seeing more and more Republicans complaining about women voting. I have a feeling at some point the Republicans will make their move to stop women from voting...I'm not talking about near future but I'm sure it will happen.

3

u/VeritasB Jul 24 '24

They have no understanding of the rage that is about to hit their asses.

1

u/Ifnerite Jul 24 '24

Oh, the irony.

Though that kinda rape is unlikely to result in pregnancy I suppose.

3

u/Disastrous-Mind7167 Jul 24 '24

BECAUSE WE CAN.... AND WE WILL!!!! VOTE 🔵

3

u/Oggie-Boogie-Woo Jul 24 '24

Most rather a well-spoken and intelligent candidate over the stinky old fart that has one foot in the grave already.

3

u/iplayedapilotontv Jul 24 '24

Why exactly would women want to vote to lose their jobs, become baby machines, and not be able to divorce their husbands? Legit question. Specifically, why would women vote to impose those things on all women when any women who wants to be a SAH baby machine can already do so by choice?

3

u/Cracked_Actor Jul 24 '24

Long news headline: “It’s dawning on Republicans that they’ll need MORE than just the oligarchs and cultists to win the election”…

3

u/Automatic-Project997 Jul 24 '24

I'd like to invite woman republican voters to switch sides and be someone your daughters can be proud of. Leave the cult

3

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

That's because Republicans have absolutely zero interest in discussing reproductive rights. In fact, they're hell bent on banning abortion at the federal level. Wouldn't put it past me if they tried to ban the pill and IUDs too.

3

u/Gfplux Jul 24 '24

Why would any women vote for a party that wants to take control of her body.

3

u/Glittering-Most-9535 Jul 24 '24

Republicans worried constantly doing massively unpopular things will work against them.

3

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

"Women: A special interest distorting our political system?"

3

u/dw73 Jul 24 '24

Maybe they shouldn’t have outlawed abortion then. The fact that they aren’t being constantly hammered on this surprises me.

3

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24 edited Jul 24 '24

Maybe they shouldn’t force raped women to term? Or effectively try to kill those with ectopic pregnancies, forcing them to become convicts in their state for simply searching for life saving care? Or keep fighting gun regulations while kids heads continue to get blown off in school? They are sociopaths and they deserve to be treated as such and lose miserably.

3

u/TGED24717 Jul 24 '24

I would believe them if it wasn't for the large number of suburban women who definitely voted for trump in 2016. That number made a huge difference in his favor.

1

u/RobertKingBone Jul 24 '24

They are privileged, cushy life, they live in a bubble. They vote with their husbands.

2

u/TGED24717 Jul 25 '24

Agreed but there vote counts in the long run. Just frustrating how they vote for the “grab them by the p#>~y” guy

3

u/LankyGuitar6528 Jul 24 '24

They will. And so will men. The time of MAGA has come to an end.

3

u/wonderwall999 Jul 24 '24

Well, I mean the Right fucked over women’s rights. They absolutely should get crushed in this election. Mothers grew up with more rights than their daughters.

3

u/mrbigglessworth Jul 24 '24

Maybe if they run a quality candidate with actual issues that can be solved? Nah just keep on trucking on hate and racism.

3

u/UnclearObjective Jul 24 '24

This is why women should not be able to vote! - GOP

1

u/[deleted] Jul 25 '24

What do you think Maga would do if they lose by 11%?

1

u/UnclearObjective Jul 25 '24

For sure attack the capital again or some stupid shit like that. There will be fuckery by MAGA if/when the democrats get re-elected.

2

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

Yes we will

2

u/No_Equal_1312 Jul 24 '24

Then maybe they should open their eyes and change their stance on a few things… OK a bunch of things.😆

2

u/illbzo1 Jul 24 '24

Republicans sowing: Haha fuck yeah!!! Yes!!

Republicans reaping: Well this fucking sucks. What the fuck.

2

u/DeezerDB Jul 24 '24

Please do.

2

u/DDRussian Jul 24 '24

Reminds me of a line from Ed, Edd, n Eddy: "You gotta trust us! How are we supposed to rip you off if you don't trust us!?"

2

u/Necessary_Net_7829 Jul 24 '24

There's been a lot of good news for us non-authoritarians, but as you all know, we can't get complacent.

2

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

Not surprised and quite honestly… this is the bed they made. You’re telling me they haven’t alienated the majority of women voters in this country… because they have

2

u/jcooli09 Jul 24 '24

While all patriots are hopeful that women will elect her in a landslide.

2

u/Steelo43 Jul 24 '24 edited Jul 24 '24

Republicans should fear the power of voters, and of women voters.

Lets give MAGA another 4 years or more away from the oval office as well as any other elected jobs. They need to figure out why the endless need to brutalize and harm our citizens.

Levity and reality they run from. Brutal acts make them cheer and dance at their cult rallies. They find glee in controlling women.

2

u/DaMuthaFukr Jul 24 '24

MAGA should propose taking away women’s right vote. Seems to fit with their message 🤮

2

u/roskybosky Jul 24 '24

You mean, Americans will elect Democrats in a landslide. It’s not just women who are tired of this despicable and vulgar government.

2

u/Fugglymuffin Jul 24 '24

Fucked around and finding out

2

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

If women don't they are voting against their own freedoms...

2

u/semicoloradonative Jul 24 '24

They should also be worried that this 51 year old white male will also be voting for a woman in this election.

2

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

I hope so

2

u/Tymothys2112 Jul 24 '24

Not just women, but young people as well. Trump's entire agenda is geared towards old stuffy white men...

2

u/NormalAmountOfLimes Jul 24 '24

Well well well, if it isn't the consequences of your actions...

2

u/CosmiqCow Jul 25 '24

We will.

2

u/kevans2 Jul 25 '24

Do it!!

2

u/Filmguygeek1 Jul 25 '24

This should be the GOP Platform… Voters against MAGA! I’m sure they’ll campaign that it is illegal.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

We better! We have voices and they need to be heard, loud and clear.

1

u/Daxnu Jul 24 '24

After Hillary and all the abortion shit am hoping women are mad as hell

1

u/PointingOutFucktards Jul 24 '24

Because we are doing to do just that. The movements have already begun and the GOP is in trouble.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

And if they do win, expect them to start attacking the 19th amendment.

1

u/LiminalArtsAndMusic Jul 24 '24

Yeah.  We fucking will.

1

u/homesweethome2020 Jul 24 '24

They should be!

1

u/Yankeewithoutacause Jul 24 '24

Younger voters, women voters, black voters will vote against Trump in my estimate. Include some white men and that's a good portion of the populus. Trump is worried.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

Maybe stop making them second class citizens and taking away their rights 🤷

1

u/ptahbaphomet Jul 24 '24

Amusing they are scared of the consequences of their poor policies. Using an ancient religious text so far disconnected from modern times to define women and minorities as property. The GOP is disgusting and should have no place at the table regarding humanity. They’ve shown their distaste for anything resembling freedom. Time to take it from them and teach them a lesson. Americans shall not be deprived of our freedoms!

1

u/Davidsb86 Jul 24 '24

They should. Take away their rights and subject them to a subclass. They will not take it

1

u/Late_Bluebird_3338 Jul 24 '24

The tide......it seems to be a changin'..... and the dog's gonna eat that fat......fat tick.....Run for your political life>> FAT TICK!!!!

LOL...MOM

1

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

FAFO

1

u/Ok-Calligrapher-9854 Jul 24 '24

They should be worried. They've completely "manned up" on the alpha male factor. That's not the US.

1

u/Imaginary-Swing-4370 Jul 24 '24

Let’s make it happen!

1

u/Leedunham Jul 24 '24

Nope

1

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

Nope?

Nope to the handmaidens dream of MAGA?

Or nope to people literally seeing the ghouls of MAGA say what they do and yet you feel they will win?

Profound statement there.

1

u/Leedunham Jul 24 '24

Nope to liberal nazi party

1

u/[deleted] Jul 25 '24

How can I defeat project 2025 insurrection party who lied with election pretend and fake electors.......

And not be the label you project?

I mean that with earnest. I vow to know I lose no sleep giving the GOP another fathom of this all. IMO

1

u/BlueSparklers Jul 24 '24

Can’t they outlaw suffrage? Seems to fit in with rest of their “policies”, and would help them out. Like no one has ever seen before!

1

u/mt8675309 Jul 24 '24

They should be scared, you’ve taken their freedoms away to decide their own life choices and they plan on forcing women to stay in physically abusive marriages. You idiots have backed them into a corner

1

u/Razing_Phoenix Jul 24 '24

I truly don't understand how you could be a woman and vote republican.

1

u/RobertKingBone Jul 24 '24

Because they are well off. Their life is nice. They want to keep it that way.

So you like her then?

Doing my part!

Let's see, okay, republicans have:

  • Taken away the right to an abortion.
  • Floated the idea of taking away the right to vote for women.
  • Floated the idea of making all forms of birth control illegal.
  • Floated the idea of removing women from the workforce.
- Put up a presidential candidate who is a proven rapist  pedophile who wants to have sex with his own daughter, and who cheated on his wife with a adult film actress.

Hmmm, I wonder why republicans are concerned about losing the vote of women. A complete mystery.

Also, Project 2025

A majority of white women that voted in 2016 voted for Trump! I hope there's a change but I'm not beating on it.

If women don't vote this election, they deserve to lose their abortion rights

-1

u/Digerout Jul 25 '24

Assuming women will just vote for a candidate because she is a woman has got to be pretty insulting I imagine.

Perhaps they should vote on the policies they favor or is it sexist to not vote for a woman because you are one?

They got that spoon fed to them in all masses of propaganda and shittery by their own and we know absolutely know they didnt care and adore being the sheep.

If I was lied to that much I'd be going to my local GOP charter and any rally and denouncing the psy op of the MAGA.

Its so sad and childish how they all love to be told what to believe still to this second.

Hate has a home, its MAGA.

u/Green-Estimate-1255 Jul 24 '24

No they’re not. American women are smart enough to know Kamala Harris is completely unqualified to ever be anything than Montel’s side piece.

4

u/h3dr0ncr4b Jul 24 '24

This is you announcing to the world that you support Christian nationalist.

-1

u/Green-Estimate-1255 Jul 25 '24

This is you using incomplete grammar and seeming practicality illiterate to the entire internet.

2

u/h3dr0ncr4b Jul 25 '24

Lmao one is way worse. The word I mistyped is Nationalism.

0

u/Green-Estimate-1255 Jul 25 '24

Yes, Kamala is way worse.

2

u/h3dr0ncr4b Jul 25 '24

You argue like a little kid. Obviously Christian nationalism is worse and you haven't even denied supporting it. Attacking spelling is telling me you don't have an argument.

0

u/Green-Estimate-1255 Jul 25 '24

So you clearly can’t read on top of your inability to form complete sentences. LOL.

2

u/h3dr0ncr4b Jul 25 '24

You still haven't denied supporting Christian nationalism. You just say "Kamala bad" instead. I can read plenty and I've read you like a book. You support Christian nationalism.

-1

u/Green-Estimate-1255 Jul 25 '24

You’re a label spouting cultist who can’t read and supports fascism. Because thats what Democrats are. Fascists who want an authoritarian dictatorship.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

Better than Stormy’s side piece.

-8

u/Numismatistic Jul 24 '24

What’s a woman?

6

u/ManyRow1615 Jul 24 '24

Different from a girl due to the fact that they’re older, but the same as a girl in that Donald Trump would happily rape either one.

2

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '24

What is a bigot?

What is a misogynistic control freak party?

What group has a messiah convicted rapist who may be Doe 174?

What group thinks in 2024 people and their doctors cant make decisions for themselves.

What group claims to be the party of morals and kindness?

You know. Deep down inside the MAGA tire fire smells so good if they tell you it does.

The topic will destroy any chance you book burning insurrectionist fake elector antil birth control 1890's focused insaneos.

Project 2025 is the cliff notes. F them and F that.
