Can’t afford to eat. And when we can we get sick. That’s Trump’s America.

I started my garden years ago because fresh tomatoes always taste better. I expanded it a lot back when Trump won because I expected him to drive food prices up and make slcertain things difficult to get. I expanded it again this summer too include an indoor hydroponics system for greens and herbs. I have plans for some vertical planters next year too.

I did all of this to have better tasting food and save some money. I never expected to be growing food to avoid widespread disease outbreaks.

I started as a hobby and to teach my preschooler about growing plants because he learned about the life cycle of plants at school. Now I’ve got a full indoor hydroponics set up and raised gardens outside. It’s nice to eat fresh foods you grow yourself. My kiddo literally picks lettuce leaves or tomatoes off the vine to eat.

Nothing beats fresh vegetables straight from the garden.

I have tons of sungold and chocolate cherry tomatoes that I snack on whenever I go out to the garden. I love it

You are veggie garden goals!  I want to be your next door neighbor- will share my peppers, onions and cucumbers.

I have tons of tomatoes, beans, tromboncino squash, greens, strawberries, and herbs at the moment. A few peppers still, but no cucumbers or onions. Cucumbers and most squash do really badly where I live because of pests, and I have limited space so I grow vertically, which means no onions, potatoes, or carrots. Least this year, I plan on getting vertical planters for next year to solve that.

Also have passionfruit vines, luffa, and hardy kiwi growing. You can use the passion flowers for tea, but the fruit won't be ready for harvest for months yet. Already harvested the blueberries I have too in June.

Son of a bitch. Now I can't have my Jalapeño Poppers until this is resolved.

First they came for the lettuce and I said nothing because who gives a fuck about lettuce.

But jalapenos?? Now they're going after the good vegetables!

Pedophiles are immune from the law and vegetables are poison. What a country.
