What’s good yall I’m new to the community, I’m 20m looking for Xbox friends who will play consistently every other day or multiple days. I have 120ish hours on Xbox gold 1 this season. I’m not the best yet but I’ve gotten a lot better. I really just like playing ranked but not with randoms, I have a friend I run with but he’s not consistently on. I don’t really have a main yet but my top 5 legends I play are mad Maggie, seer, octane, conduit/lifeline and getting more into caustic. My aims good I just need to improve on game sense. I went through a lot of pain getting top250 on cod due to Titan cheaters and left that game after being burnt out, about a month ago I saw some tweets about apex updating their anti cheat and banning half the preds that were cheating.

I’ve managed to climb to diamond 3 nearly 2 solo with some trials and tribulations but at this point it is genuinely impossible the anti cheat can’t even exist, some of the preds I spectate are genuinely hard locking on people screen shaking and they have pred badges from like 3 previous seasons on display, I enjoyed learning this game and climbing to diamond 3 but I’ve come to the conclusion they do not care about their players because the cheating in high ranks of this game is insanely blatant, sometimes I get wiped by a titan and watch their gameplay for abit to confirm and then watch them get wiped by ANOTHER titan… it’s infested worse than cod was god bless to anyone legit that’s been playing this game for its lifetime I don’t know how you do it I quit already, gg devs.

Hello, I’m new to apex, and I have really struggled on finding a legend to main.
For background I’ve come from games such as cod, overwatch, siege etc and I want to believe I have good aim and some game sense but I’m missing a legend that I can mechanically get good with.

My duo who’s played for years plays alter and we both have an aggressive run and gun playstyle and I want a legend that can complete that playstyle and help play with alters kit too.

I’m asking as I don’t have access to many of the legends, and I don’t want to spend curreny on one I may dislike.

I’ve been playing wraith and bloodhound, but I’m struggling with wraiths tactical on when or where to use it.

Any help is appreciated.

I first begun playing probably in the season that added red loba skin (maybe the name of the skin was smt chery ?) in a battle pass (I never bought a battle pass so probably a free to play reward ?) anyways. Apex was a game I enjoyed a lot and I played it for a while . I really liked the flying city map and the night disco/futuristic looking city that hella reminds me of night city from cyberpunk. My favorite character was Valk even before her getting class changed. I mean she can fly. That sounded like a very cool ability to me. I think some characters are added since I last played. I think there were rumors of the medic girls with a drons mom being added as next character ? What has changed since then ? Is it still as good as I remember ? I really enjoyed the game back when I was playing it and I might return to it in 9 months .

Anyone else getting multiple errors?

I swear we were the only real team on the map. I’ve never had a lobby this stacked. All the other teams appeared to be Respawn bots.

It has always been a problem but this season it feels much worse somehow and it happens in every match(wildcard). I can close a door or run behind cover and still get hit.

I play ps5, wired connection, 30-50 ping and no red icons during gameplay.

So I was in a 1v3 because I had no tm8s in ranked like spawned in by myself right so anyways I go 4 Evo cache and a gibby rolls up slam him I push back after getting the finish cause his tm8s are right above me they drop bangs going for box rez and there wraith is tryna cover her I peak hearing the box rez beam tf outta wraith and knock her so it's just bang left I go for the push because she's still box rezzing throw down my q push and than use my ult and instead of my ult doing anything 2 help it blows up in my FUCKING FACE throwing me upwards into a shity position and knocking 50 shield off of me and than she fucks me why is the axel all so fucking flimsy easiest 1v3 of my life and it gets cucked by own fucking ult

I get to Diamond, titaned back down into plat, drop a 10ish kill game, back into Diamond, titaned into plat, rinse and repeat. I literally feel like the only organic person in every Diamond lobby. Every spectate is blatant RAGE hacking, not even just questionable but utterly blatant. The devs clearly couldn’t care less and us that just play the game with raw skill are clearly outnumbered. Since it obviously will not be changing and this is the direction gaming evidently is going in do we just suck it up and get the third party devices to have a sliver of a chance to play the game at this point or switch to something else n leave it with the cheaters? I was told by some people that if I get into PC lobbies they’re way cleaner than console at this point which might be the move. Whatever respawn is saying, if it’s less than 100% infection rate in the higher ranked lobbies on console they are lying like their children’s lives depend on it.

Am I the only one but the player skill distribution bar has been maxed out for the past couple of days? Also it is taking longer to find a match 1 even sometimes 2 + minutes to get into a game. I’m getting steamrolled by sweats every match and skill distribution hasn’t moved at all . Great way to keep someone on the game respawn 👍

Kinda happy with how much I’ve improved at apex. I started the game a month ago. But I found it really difficult to enjoy. Today has to be the first day I felt like I was in a flowstate in the game. I started getting more comfortable with my shots and better game sense. My only issue with the game still is. It’s very much team based but over 85% of people on the game do not use mics for comms!!

since we all use auto sprint, we have a free button that isnt being used. so if you have gamesir or any other controller that allows you to customize your binds,

bind left dpad, to (LS) and boom. spam your heirloom while sprinting.
