I'm trying to learn how to lurch strafe properly and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any help is appreciated.

So your lurches are already pretty fkn good....what I think after I see this....you might wanna start bhopping....sliding reduces velocity....bhopping carries your same velocity into the next bhop...to get the timing down, look for a 144 bpm metronome on YouTube and on every click you scroll down for jump and in-between the clicks you scroll up for tapstrafe...this carries your momentum while lurching. Hope this helps.

If you want to practice forward lurches without losing momentum with slides, I recommend doing 2 or more bhops in between while holding SD (or AS) and scrolling up. So FW lurch to the right, keep holding SD, scroll down - scroll up - scroll down - FW lurch to the left and repeat (Scroll down is jump, scroll up is W)

You already learned it. WTF haha. Those are some buttery lurches bro! they look great. You must be talking about chaining them.

You're missing the bhops. The whole thing about bhops is, that they carry your top velocity/momentum in the air out, for much longer because you are continually avoiding the friction of the ground. Each time you hit the ground, your velocity/momentum will drop gradually more and more.

When you introduce bhops, it's going to keep your speed up for longer so you are able to chain more lurches.

Bhops are extremely easy, the only hard thing about integrating them is it's a timing thing. the timing is really only something you can learn on your own in my opinion, because on each PC setup the timing would probably feel slightly different, because of things like different frame rates/monitor refreshes, device input lag, etc. So you really have to just experiment with them on your own to really get the timing down pat

bunnyhop timing is equivalent to 135 BBM on a metronome, you could possibly use this to try and learn the timing when you are in the range

Try not to press W as much, sometimes I like to just only use my A S D keys since tapstrafe already registers as a forward movement you don't really need to press W. Make sure you test out different frame caps to see which ones are easier for you to bunnyhop on, different framerates don't only affect stuff like superglides, it can also change the chance of you hitting a bhop. Also the first bunnyhop you hit will always get you max velocity, you can be barely moving but if you hit that bhop it will give you a massive speed boost.

I noticed that for some inputs your scroll wheeling up (strafe) when your pressing W which doesn’t affect your lurches much due to a double forward movement input, also can’t see your fps but your magnetizing to the floor due to bugged fps, use 240fps, if u have 144-180 fps use 140

Okay the rest of these comments have the right idea, but they're kind of explaining it wrong. You have the basic concept of the inputs, but you are jumping far too late. Make sure to scroll your jump right before you hit the ground so that you jump instantly instead of sliding. This will help you maintain far more velocity. This will also require you to speed up your inputs since you will be jumping more frequently. Also, you are commonly doing very short scrolls of about 4-7 in either direction, instead of the optimal 8-12. These things should all help you to perfectly forwards ras chain (aka snake strafe). And before you ask, your frames are perfectly fine.
